Refund Policy

1. Consultancy Services

All payments made to GE Promo Plus LLC are for professional consultancy services, not for loan approval or financial products.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

Fees are non-refundable once any of the following services have commenced:

• Consultation or eligibility assessment

• Documentation review

• Loan application submission

• Communication or follow-up with lenders

3. Loan Rejection

No refunds will be issued if:

• A loan application is rejected

• The client withdraws voluntarily

• Lender policies or eligibility criteria change

Loan decisions are solely at the discretion of financial institutions.

4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be considered only if services have not begun, after deducting administrative and processing costs. Approval of such refunds is at the sole discretion of GE Promo Plus LLC.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

6. Fraud or Misrepresentation

No refunds shall be provided if:

• False or forged documents are submitted

• Client information is found to be misleading or inaccurate
