2. Nature of Services

GE Promo Plus LLC is a financial consultancy and loan assistance service provider. We do not provide loans, do not act as a lender, broker, or financial institution, and do not make credit decisions.

Our role is strictly limited to consulting, guidance, documentation support, and application assistance related to loan processes.

GE Promo Plus LLC provides consultancy services only and does not deliver physical merchandise. Services are considered fulfilled once the agreed advisory or application assistance work has been completed. If services are still in progress, they are typically completed within 3–21 business days depending on the scope of work and receipt of required client documentation.

3. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Loan approval, interest rates, loan amounts, and terms are determined solely by banks, credit unions, NBFCs, or other third-party financial institutions.
While we work to enhance approval chances through professional support, approval is not guaranteed.

4. Scope of Services

Our services may include:

• Loan eligibility evaluation

• Documentation review and preparation guidance

• Loan application assistance

• Coordination and follow-up with lenders

• Advisory support throughout the process

The exact scope depends on the service agreement selected by the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

• Submit valid and genuine documents

• Respond promptly to information requests

GE Promo Plus LLC shall not be responsible for loan rejection or delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client information.

6. Fees & Payments

• Fees charged are consultancy/service fees only

• Fees do not include loan interest, lender processing fees, or government charges

• All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Fees are independent of loan approval outcomes

• The average timeframe between customer payment and delivery of services is 7–14 business days. Timeframes may vary depending on service type and client responsiveness: approximately 60% of services are completed within 7–14 business days, 30% within 15–30 business days (complex cases), and 10% may extend up to 45–60 business days due to third-party institution processing timelines or delayed documentation submission.

Loan Application Assistance depend on aprovel (min $200- max $2000)

Investment Option Consultation depend on portfolio (min $200- max $2000)

7. Third-Party Institutions

We may introduce or coordinate with third-party lenders. GE Promo Plus LLC has no control over lender decisions, processing timelines, or policy changes and assumes no liability for third-party actions.

2. Client information is handled confidentially and used solely for providing agreed services, in accordance with applicable U.S. data protection and privacy laws.

2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GE Promo Plus LLC shall not be liable for:

• Loan rejection or delays

• Financial losses caused by third-party institutions

• Changes in lending policies or regulations

1. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the consultancy fee paid for the specific service.

2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation is detected

• Client fails to cooperate or comply

• Legal or regulatory concerns arise

2. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.
